BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Cartersville, GA 30120 . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and an active EPA certification who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform general apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs in accordance with EPA requirements.
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Current EPA certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general apartment maintenance functions.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
