Service Technician
Findlay CJDR is a trusted leader in automotive sales and service, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Service Department is growing, and were looking for mid-level & highly experienced technicians who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and factory-recommended services.
- Utilize OEM diagnostic tools and software for accurate troubleshooting.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain detailed service records and adhere to warranty guidelines.
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or similar setting.
- Proficiency in advanced diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Ability to work with OEM systems and follow manufacturer procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
