Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare all food items according to recipe specification and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high quality of food production and presentation.
• Maintain sanitary standards before, during, and after service.
• Ensure proper inventory and station preparation.
• Perform duties as assigned by Sous Chefs.

Position requirements:

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Knowledge of proper cooking techniques.
• Working knowledge of saut, grill, fry, and poultry station.
• Knowledge of proper stocks, sauces, meat fabrication, fish filleting, etc.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
