SAGE Dining Services is seeking a part-time dishwasher for our private dining hall located in vibrant Las Vegas, NV! As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the smooth flow of our culinary services.

Pay Type: $18.00 Hourly

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!

Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.

Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.

Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.

Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.

Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
