Clinical Data Coordinator

To support the operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including KPI establishment and compliance monitoring Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring resolution and efficient workflows Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration Experience in supporting behavioral health programming Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
