Role Description
\nThis is a Summer 2027 internship. The Investment Banking Intern will support the team across live transactions and business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client-facing materials, while working closely with senior team members.
\nInterns will gain practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and market research in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of financial models, including basic operating models and valuation analyses \n
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support client engagements and business development efforts \n
- Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents \n
- Help support transaction execution, including due diligence and data room organization \n
- Analyze financial statements and key business metrics \n
- Participate in internal discussions and contribute to strategic analysis for client projects \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (expected graduation: 2028 preferred) \n
- Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field is a plus, but not required \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint \n
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \n
- Demonstrated interest in investment banking and working with founder-led businesses \n
- Available to work in Bellevue, WA for the Summer of 2027. Relocation or housing costs will not be provided. \n
