Patient Services Specialist- START ASAP

TekSystems is currently hiring for a patient service representative role in the Columbus, Ohio area!

MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of medical receptionist, medical administrative, medical call center, or something related experience!

Description

Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement

Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have

Patient Registration

insurance authorizations and verifications

Collect co-pays

Excellent customer service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role.

Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload

Must have strong computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
