Our drivers are home every weekend and still earn consistent, top pay. Drivers can live just about anywhere in our network, but the best areas to live include Memphis, Little Rock, Dallas, Mississippi, Louisiana and north Alabama.Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200-$1,800+ (depending on experience and miles)
• Maximum Miles: Run between 2,700-3,300 miles
• Maximum Home Time: Run between 2,300-2,800 miles
• 46 CPM - 55 CPM depending on experience and weekly miles

• Detention: $20.00 per hour after 2 hours
• Extra Stops: $25 per stop
• Layover: $85 per event
• Breakdown: $85 per event
• 34-hour Break on Road: $100

• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-years of professional driving experience with a verifiable safety record
• No felony convictions

• Steady Job History
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
