Who They Are

Our client is a leading provider of insulation and building envelope solutions for commercial and residential construction projects. They are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead their Denver/Albuquerque sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive regional revenue growth aligned with margin expectations and operational capacity
\n
• Maintain discipline around pricing, bid strategy, and backlog quality
\n
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and sales personnel across the region
\n
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
\n
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
\n
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to align backlog with production capacity
\n
• Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
\n
• Support acquisition integration by aligning customer relationships and sales processes
\n
• Ensure consistent sales practices and standards across branches
\n
• Hold sales team accountable for performance, activity, and results
\n

What You’ll Need

\n
• High school diploma or GED
\n
• Prior sales experience required. Experience with sales in the construction industry preferred
\n
• Leadership or construction management/project management experience preferred
\n
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong sales and customer service skills, as well as showing initiative, being goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
\n
• Excellent interpersonal communication and motivational skills and the ability to effectively read, speak and write the English language
\n
• Demonstrate attention to detail and creativity in assisting customers. Must be resourceful and able to network to provide complete customer satisfaction
\n
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure are required. Blueprint/spec’s reading ability is helpful, but not necessary
\n
• Basic computer skills including the use of e-mail, calendar for scheduling and design software
\n
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
