Cyber Security Architect

Providing hands-on secure development support, the full-time remote Principal Product Cyber Security Architect will design security architectures, lead threat modeling, and deliver cybersecurity engineering services aligned with the Secure Development Lifecycle for GE Vernova's Power, Wind, and Electrification business units. Key Responsibilities Guide product teams in designing secure architectures and develop reusable security patterns and design standards Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments aligned with IEC 62443-3-2, producing actionable security recommendations Create deployment security guidance and support SDL execution by defining security requirements and performing design reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with strong product, system, or architecture security experience Proven experience producing security architecture deliverables and threat models Working knowledge of IEC 62443, especially 62443-3-2, 62443-3-3, and 62443-4-1 Experience creating secure development deliverables such as requirements, hardening guides, and assessment reports
