We are looking for an Apprentice / Craftsman who already possesses solid experience in the trades and wants to continue developing their skills while growing with a company that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projects
• Drywall installation, repair, and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic to advanced carpentry work
• Trim installation and repair
• Door and hardware installation
• General handyman services
• Jobsite preparation and cleanup
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Document work using company technology and software
• Follow company systems, procedures, and quality standards

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman services
• Strong drywall finishing and painting skills preferred
• Carpentry experience highly preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and utilize mobile technology and dispatching software
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work safely
