Construction Project Manager

Our client, an industry leader in industrial construction, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the operations supporting active construction sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of working on live industrial sites, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations on active job sites, addressing real-time challenges with proactive solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders to maintain project momentum and safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures to deliver successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their objectives into actionable project plans while fostering collaboration and excellence.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on project management experience in industrial construction environments.
• Proven experience working on active construction sites with a safety-first mindset.
• Deep understanding of industrial construction processes, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
