Work Environment\nOur remote work setting fosters an environment of autonomy and flexibility, enabling clinicians to customize their schedules according to personal needs and preferences. Therapists at Conscious Core Counseling Center manage their caseloads, typically encompassing 10-30 billable hours per week. All services are delivered through telehealth, with options for collaborative team consultations via virtual meetings or in-person gatherings as needed. We also offer a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes peer collaboration and professional development.
Key Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing the latest DSM criteria, while working under the supervision of licensed professionals. \n
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups with mental health and dual disorders. \n
- Implement a variety of treatment modalities like crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, stress management, and couples counseling tailored to client needs. \n
- Assess and determine appropriate levels of care for clients, providing timely and effective therapeutic actions. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care and effective treatment planning. \n
- Document client progress meticulously, maintaining high standards for therapeutic records and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing clinical team meetings and quality management activities to enhance service delivery and uphold the facility’s commitment to excellence. \n
You will primarily work with diverse individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and dual disorders. Our clients are looking for empathetic support and effective therapies to promote sustainable well-being, and your expertise will be crucial in guiding them through their healing journeys.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate should possess:

- A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D. to practice psychotherapy in the state of Washington. \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy services. \n
- Proficient understanding and practical experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records. \n
While the required experience is essential, we prefer candidates who have:

- Demonstrated competency in utilizing multiple evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting, specifically with an emphasis on telehealth services. \n
- Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. \n
We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
