Job Scope This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money. This role requires someone who is comfortable: asking direct questions handling hesitation or rejection making outbound calls staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times What Success Looks Like Successful team members: Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no

Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
