This company is an experienced general contractor company serving the Southeast as one of the region's industry-leading providers of general contracting, design-build services, and construction management services for private and public sector clients. They are now looking to expand with a Project Manager! MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE Location: Lake Wylie, SC Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week Work Schedule: 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm Pay: Salary $65k-$100k/year Requirements for a Project Manager Commercial and residential construction experience required Required experience in ground up construction and public projects Must have Procore, MS Project, and Project Management Software skills Person must be detail oriented and possess strong computer skills and work ethics Self-motivation required Customer service skills required They are looking to hire as soon as possible, interviews are being scheduled #J-18808-Ljbffr
