Caregiver

Job Type : On Call Part-Time

*Some benefits require employee to work 30 or more hours per week and/or be over the age of 21*

• Wage: $21 - $25 per hour

• Schedule: On Call must have open shift availability to work necessary shifts: Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Will be required to work in both Memory Care and Assisted Living.

A Day in the Life :

• Assist residents with their activities of daily living as outlined by their care plan
• Light housekeeping as outlined by the resident's care plan

• Document all ADL services provided
• Answer pendent calls promptly and take appropriate action
• Escort residents to meals and activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Active HCA/CNA license
• Previous experience working with the elderly a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will send to class if not current)
• Must pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
