Clementine Home Care is Hiring a CNA or Caregiver with Behavioral Health Experience in Glen Mills, PA

• Experienced working with clients experiencing schizophrenia, hallucinations, agitation, and aggressive behaviors

What You Will Do:

· Work hours: 8 PM - 8 AM

· Support the client during episodes of schizophrenia, hallucinations, agitation, or aggressive behaviors using appropriate behavioral care techniques.

· Provide personal care to the client and assist him in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene (bathing), companionship etc.

· Accompany the client to community activities to support a more engaging and active lifestyle

· Genuinely connect with the client 

We Offer:

· Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

· Mileage compensation (currently 72.5 cents per mile) between cases

· Holiday incentive pay

· Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

· Free uniforms provided

 

Requirements: 

· Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

· CPR certification

· Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

· Excellent customer service skills 

· Prolonged periods of standing and walking

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
