This is a full-time position based in Montgomery, Alabama . The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our comprehensive real estate data, which is the cornerstone of our service to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our listings, neighbourhood data, and client information are consistently up-to-date and reliable, directly supporting our trusted real estate advisors.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input, update, and maintain a high volume of data in our real estate databases and systems.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
* Organise and manage electronic files and documents with a high degree of precision.
* Handle confidential client and property information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection policies.
* Collaborate with real estate advisors and other team members to ensure data is current and accessible.
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular data quality checks.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the real estate industry or CRM software would be considered an advantage.
