• Schedule: Coverage on specific dates, swing 4p-4a and early swing 10a-10p

• Credentialing: 2-3 weeks

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Certifications: ACLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Arizona license required or IMLC with LOQ in hand
