Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Commission Sales Associate will focus on prospecting new clients, building and managing a personal pipeline of tenants, owners, and investors, and conducting property tours and client meetings. Daily responsibilities include researching market data, preparing comparative market analyses, assisting with listing presentations, and supporting the negotiation of lease and sale transactions under the guidance of senior brokers. The role involves regularly updating CRM systems, coordinating with internal property management and development teams, and collaborating on marketing materials and property promotions. The Commission Sales Associate will also monitor local market trends, participate in networking events, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry partners. Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and client relationship-building skills, with a focus on consultative selling and long-term partnerships. Solid analytical, research, and market evaluation abilities to interpret commercial real estate data and prepare property and financial summaries. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders. Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple listings, prospects, and transactions in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic marketing platforms used to track prospects and promote listings. Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on-site with the team. Interest in or experience with commercial real estate; prior brokerage, property management, or sales experience is preferred but not required. Active or willingness to obtain a real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction, along with adherence to all professional and ethical standards. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
