Job Title: Parts Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Service Department to pull, coordinate delivery, deliver and Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review each service order for correct parts. Gather parts needed for service work order. Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund. File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork. Deliver to contractors, customers, and job sites. Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufactured housing industry experience desired. High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to travel interstate.
