We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Medical Referral Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless referrals and timely access to specialized care.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate medical referrals, authorizations, and scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary approvals
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate records and track referral status
- Identify and resolve referral-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in medical referrals or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
