Endeavour Build is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to own the journey from client sign‑up through to construction handover readiness. The Role As our Pre-Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that keeps projects moving forward before the build begins. You’ll ensure all approvals, designs, documentation, and consultant inputs are completed accurately, on time, and in line with council and compliance requirements. You’ll work closely with Sales, Estimating, Designers, Consultants, and Construction to ensure every project enters delivery ready to build, risk-reduced, and fully aligned.
