Multifamily Maintenance Technician | Make-Ready & Repairs

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a remote Idaho property. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make-ready tasks, and maintain grounds and common areas. This role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.
