What You'll Do Deliver skilled physical therapy under the direction of a licensed PT and in line with the physician's plan of care Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to build mobility, strength, balance, and function Track and document patient progress toward treatment goals Teach patients and caregivers safe techniques and home exercise programs Complete clinical notes and progress reports accurately and on time Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and caregivers as part of a coordinated care team Take part in case conferences and care planning as needed What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active PTA license in the state of practice Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Home health, rehab, or skilled nursing experience a plus, not required Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Why Preferred Care Home Health Competitive compensation Supportive clinical leadership Meaningful, one-on-one patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Care Home Health
