Job Title: HR Admin / Receptionist (Temporary)

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Flexibility is available, and the schedule can be built collaboratively to work for both the individual and the team. Please note this role may not consistently reach 40 hours per week.

Pay
$20 per hour

About the Role
Our client is seeking a temporary team member to serve in a hybrid HR administrative and receptionist support role. This position is the first point of contact for employees and visitors, working face-to-face to gather information, answer basic questions, and connect individuals with the appropriate HR resources or team members.

This role does not require having all the answers—but it does require professionalism, approachability, discretion, and resourcefulness.

In addition to front-facing responsibilities, this position will support a variety of administrative and project-based tasks, such as assembling binders, filing, and creating internal communication materials. Responsibilities may be tailored to align with the individual’s strengths and skill set.

Skills & Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, trustworthy, and resourceful

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency required

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
