Low Voltage Product Manager

Gerente de Productos de Bajo Voltaje Ubicación: Área de la Bahía y Valle de San Joaquín Tipo de Trabajo: Tiempo Completo / Basado en Comisión Compensación: Estructura de comisión competitiva basada en desempeño Premier One Electric está buscando un Gerente de Productos de Bajo Voltaje motivado y con conocimientos para negociar precios y vender opciones de bajo voltaje a propietarios de viviendas y constructores . Esta es una gran oportunidad para un profesional orientado a resultados con experiencia en ventas, negociación y tecnología de bajo voltaje . Vender opciones de bajo voltaje (cableado estructurado, sistemas de seguridad, automatización del hogar, sistemas A/V, redes, etc.) a propietarios de viviendas y constructores. Negociar precios con constructores y clientes para maximizar las ventas y mantener márgenes competitivos. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias, productos e innovaciones en la industria de bajo voltaje. Brindar asesoría experta a los clientes según sus necesidades y presupuesto. Colaborar con constructores, contratistas y gerentes de proyectos para integrar soluciones de bajo voltaje en proyectos de nueva construcción y remodelación. Mantener relaciones sólidas con fabricantes y proveedores para garantizar los mejores precios y disponibilidad de productos. Asegurar que todas las ventas de bajo voltaje sean documentadas correctamente y comunicadas al equipo de instalación. Asistir a ferias comerciales, eventos de la industria y sesiones de capacitación para mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas tecnologías y tendencias del mercado. Rastrear el rendimiento de ventas y la retroalimentación de clientes para mejorar continuamente las estrategias de precios y ofertas. Experiencia en ventas, gestión de productos o administración de cuentas en la industria de bajo voltaje o eléctrica. Conocimiento sólido de sistemas de bajo voltaje, incluyendo seguridad, A/V, automatización del hogar, redes y cableado estructurado. Habilidades de negociación y ventas, con capacidad para cerrar acuerdos y maximizar ingresos. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación para interactuar con propietarios de viviendas y constructores. Capacidad para mantenerse al día con nuevos productos y tecnologías emergentes en la industria de bajo voltaje. Autodisciplina y orientación a resultados, con un historial de cumplimiento y superación de objetivos de ventas. Disposición para viajar localmente a sitios de trabajo, reuniones con clientes y eventos de la industria. Experiencia en el uso de software CRM y herramientas de seguimiento de ventas (preferible).
