What We Provide

• RN Salary Range: $38 - $44, depending on experience
• LPN Salary Range: $30 - $36, depending on experience
• RN Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (disbursed in increments, with the final payment after six months of successful employment)
• LPN Sign-on Bonus: $8,000 (disbursed in increments, with the final payment after six months of successful employment)

Job Overview

The RN/LPN Nurse will assist the Director of Nursing and can assume many of their responsibilities in their absence. This role is an excellent opportunity for a nurse aspiring to step into a leadership position or elevate their career. It combines clinical duties with staff management, guiding caregivers, medication technicians, and other team members to meet residents' needs and deliver outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the community's philosophy and policies/procedures, as well as state regulations
• Provide guidance and leadership to the caregiving staff
• Train staff on medication administration and other caregiving responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Possess a valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
• Maintain continuing education unit (CEU) requirements
• Proficient computer skills
• A genuine passion for working with seniors!
