Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Supervisor to join the Paid Search Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.

\n

Havas Media is looking for a Performance Media (Paid Search) Supervisor with experience managing paid search engagements and leading junior-level staff.

\n

\n

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

\n

\n
• Campaign Planning, Management & Optimization of Paid Search campaigns
\n
• Create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets
\n
• Ensure the best practice set up and ongoing management of campaigns
\n
• Oversee optimization of campaigns manually and through the utilization of bid management tools
\n
• Complete and manage the forecast and plan of monthly budgets in line with client objectives
\n
• Development and planning of performance media strategy largely independently
\n
• Management of direct reports to effectively manage & optimize campaigns
\n
• Final QA for large client deliverables and launches of new media campaigns
\n

Reporting & Analysis:

\n

\n
• Interpret performance reporting data for clients on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis
\n
• Present campaign strategy and report on key performance milestones to date
\n
• Be able to direct and/or execute optimizations based on performance analysis
\n
• Help to manage personal development plans for all direct reports, ensuring objectives are met
\n
• Develop performance media knowledge, tech knowledge, and the skill set of direct reports
\n
• Provide regular support and advice to help progress direct reports
\n
• Responsible for all your team’s daily operations
\n
• Ensure the team is providing accurate, timely billings and reconciliation, as well as budget pace
\n

Performance Innovation:

\n
• Help to drive innovation and creative search solutions for clients
\n
• Lead team and company trainings on the world of performance media
\n
• Ensure beta participation for clients and work alongside other online and offline account teams to deliver an integrated digital marketing solution
\n
• Reflect the agency's ambition and vision in all work, and lead and inspire the team to follow high standards
\n
• Partner day to day with colleagues to meet the client’s needs/business goals
\n
• Continually seek out areas to continue learning and developing your own skill set
\n

What You'll Need/Skills:

\n

\n
• Google Ads Certified, Microsoft Bing certified, Search Ads 360 certified; highly preferred
\n
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience specific to Paid Search/SEM.
\n
• Continually strives to seek innovative ways to find solutions for our clients
\n
• Able to see the big picture perspective and apply it appropriately to the brand
\n
• Microsoft Office Experience (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)
\n
• Media trading experience
\n
• Campaign analysis and reporting experience
\n
