Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA)

Right at Home Coastal Orange County is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a real impact. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with a flexible schedule, we'd love to connect—especially if you're available for morning shifts.

Competitive pay: $17–$20 per hour

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Provide medication reminders or assistance

Prepare meals based on client needs

Support mobility, including walking and transfers

Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships

Help with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)

Monitor and report changes in client condition
