Acuity‑Based Assignments: Evaluate daily patient needs to design and distribute optimized staff assignments. Quality Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of patient care and pro‑actively resolve threats to positive outcomes. Issue Resolution: Act as the front‑line advocate to manage and resolve patient care concerns through proper channels. Talent Development: Provide key input on staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
