$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to understand their goals and provide expert guidance

• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and proven sales systems

• Convert qualified opportunities into clients and closed transactions

• Deliver an exceptional, 5-star client experience that drives referrals and repeat business

• Host engaging open houses and connect with prospective buyers and sellers

• Manage appointments, your calendar, and sales pipeline using our CRM and technology

• Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly team meetings to sharpen your skills and improve performance
