About the Position

Job Title: Seasonal Travel CST Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care CST hospital experience License: NBSTA and DORA Certifications Certifications: BLS Description: Seasonal travel position available for a CST in the OR. Main responsibilities include assisting in elective surgical cases such as ortho, spine, general, CV, plastics, GYN, robotics, and urology. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of current acute care CST hospital experience. They must hold NBSTA and DORA certifications, as well as BLS. Flexibility and patient care experience are priorities for this role. Call is required, with a response time within 30 minutes. There is a possibility of second call on some weekends and first call for 1-2 shifts. Candidates with Ortho/Spine and CV experience will be prioritized. The unit environment promotes teamwork and focuses only on elective cases, with no trauma cases involved.
