What You’ll Do: As a Kitchen Team Member at Mia’s Table, you’ll play an important role in preparing fresh, high‑quality food while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking food according to Mia’s Table recipes and standards Operating kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and prep equipment Setting up and stocking stations for daily service Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines consistently Assisting with food prep including chopping, portioning and ingredient preparation Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and workstations Properly storing, labeling, and rotating food products Assisting with inventory, restocking, and receiving deliveries Working with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy during busy shifts Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department procedures Helping maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 18 years old Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when needed Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Food Handler Certification required Why Join Mia’s Table?
