Closet Factory DFW is growing, and we're looking for assertive, driven professional Sales Consultants to join our team.

This is first and foremost an outside sales opportunity that is 100% commission based .

We provide pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who are actively considering custom organization solutions for their homes. Your job is to build trust, understand what the customer wants to accomplish, develop the right solution, and earn their business .

Our top Sales Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $150,000.

You don't need to be an interior designer. We provide comprehensive training, easy-to-use design technology, proven sales processes, and the support you need to turn a customer's ideas into a solution you can sell.

What You'll Do

You'll meet with homeowners throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and guide them from initial consultation through the purchase decision.

You'll:

• Meet with pre-qualified sales appointments provided by Closet Factory
• Build rapport and uncover each customer's needs, priorities, and budget
• Recommend solutions that solve the customer's organizational challenges
• Use our technology to create and present customized solutions
• Educate customers on materials, finishes, accessories, upgrades, and options
• Prepare and present proposals
• Ask for the sale and close business
• Follow up consistently with customers who aren't ready to purchase immediately
• Build referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients
• Develop additional opportunities through networking and professional relationships
• Manage your pipeline and take ownership of your sales results

While creativity and an eye for design are helpful, your ability to connect with customers, communicate value, overcome objections, follow up, and close sales is what will make you successful.

2+ years of sales experience is preferred.

Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, kitchen & bath, flooring, furniture, windows, roofing, real estate, automotive, luxury retail, or other consultative sales environments can translate very well to this position.

Design experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Expected annual earnings: $65,000–$100,000+
