Housing Stability Navigator - CalAIM Community Supports
HELPLINE YOUTH COUNSELING
HELPLINE YOUTH COUNSELING in Huntington Park is looking for a Housing Case Manager to provide essential housing-focused case management services. The successful candidate will work with program participants to develop and coordinate individual service plans, assist clients in securing housing, and provide ongoing support to maintain housing stability. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's in social services, experience with homeless populations, and bilingual capabilities.
