Our team is responsible for managing customer warranties supplier quality, distribution quality, and manufacturing quality for the organization. The team is also responsible for maintaining ISO standards and leading AS9100 and AS9110 quality audits as well as leading the Accelerating Performance Excellence (APEX) continuous improvement program. You will be responsible managing an internal audit program while developing, shaping and executing quality management strategies that advance the organization. Responsibilities will include:• Lead a team of quality and technical professionals.• Execute a customer warranty program for the organization.• Operate a supplier quality program that maintains all critical elements including supplier surveys, ASLs, and SCARS.• Supervise the distribution quality team ensuring Derco meets inspection and quality requirements.• Lead the annual AS9100 and AS9110 audits with registrar to include scheduling audit times and supporting auditor questions.• Manage an internal audit program that includes scheduling, training, and executing audits across the entire company while managing the CAR database.• Lead the Accelerating Performance Excellence (APEX) continuous improvement program and 6S audits.• Support site-related activities as needed and execute other duties as assigned.WHO WE AREFounded in 1979, Derco is a world leader in providing aircraft spares, services, and solutions to customers around the globe. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
