About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized physical therapy services to our patients. Your expertise will help our patients regain mobility, strength, and independence, enabling them to live their best lives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• Professional experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong focus on patient care and outcomes
