Contract Physical Therapist – Kauai, HI

• 13-week contract assignment
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM + Saturdays required
• Location: Waimea, Kauai, HI
• Experience: 2+ years required
• Required: BLS/BCLS and active Hawaii PT license
• Setting: 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient (acute, ICU, SNF)
• Must be comfortable working independently across outpatient, ER, ICU, Med/Surg, SNF, and occasional OB
• Patient Load: Approximately 5–15 patients/day
• EMR: Cerner
• $1,000 Bonus
