Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold Firehouse Subs' product standards
Assist the General Manager with operational oversight during assigned shifts
Greet and thank every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
Operate food preparation equipment and manage cash register transactions accurately
Ensure compliance with all food safety and security protocols
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Essential Qualifications

Experience with register operations
Ability to stand, bend, reach, scoop, and move throughout each shift
Capability to work in cold environments (walk-in refrigerator/freezer: 40°F to -10°F)
High school degree or equivalent
