Dental Hygienist Sign on Bonus: $10,000 Job Location: Afinia Dental - West Chester Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am–5:00 pm We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team at Afinia Dental. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform patient screenings, document medical histories, and assist with dental procedures while maintaining high standards of clinical autonomy. Minimum Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license in Ohio, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience One year of clinical experience. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care. Ability to meet additional clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as required, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically. Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test is required prior to starting employment (except in FL & TN).
