Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Architect/Lead to guide a team of Workday AMS specialists and drive end-to-end implementations. You will configure Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and security modules while aligning with business goals. In this role you will analyze requirements, translate them into scalable Workday solutions, mentor peers, ensure governance, and lead testing and deployment of Workday releases, maintaining documentation and data privacy compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
