A premier Wisconsin area Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent ready to own the field and drive complex commercial projects to success. This is not a supporting role—it's a leadership position where autonomy, decision-making, and results matter.

What You Bring

5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects.
Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results with minimal oversight.
Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—able to inspire and hold teams accountable.
