Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

Salary: $79,900 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience alongside a bachelors degree or equivalent background
• Strong hands-on implementation and production support experience with Oracle R12 SCM, especially in Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP)
• Functional proficiency in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Finance modules
• Capability to write and execute SQL queries to aid in analysis and troubleshooting
• Proven experience functioning in a team-oriented support environment, mentoring others through complex challenges, and sharing best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Deliver production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while closely collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve issues
• Work together with functional leads, developers, and support colleagues to assess issues, coordinate solutions, and implement system improvements
• Serve as a reliable team resource by sharing knowledge, mentoring less-experienced team members, and fostering a positive team culture
• Engage in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem-solving sessions to ensure consistent and high-quality support outcomes
• Employ SQL and data analysis to assist with root cause investigations and inform team decision-making
• Provide insights and best practices to enhance processes, mitigate recurring issues, and improve overall system support
