Director of Endpoint Lifecycle Services

Location: Remote (Chicagoland Area)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're working with a growing IT Solutions Provider seeking a Director of Endpoint Lifecycle Services to lead and grow its endpoint services practice.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the strategy, growth, and continued development of the company's endpoint lifecycle offerings, including device deployment, configuration services, break/fix, asset recovery, and related managed and professional services.

You'll work closely with Sales, Solutions, Operations, OEM partners, and Executive Leadership to expand service offerings, support strategic customer opportunities, and help drive the continued growth of the practice.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy, growth, and overall performance of the Endpoint Lifecycle Services practice.
• Develop and enhance service offerings across endpoint deployment, configuration, break/fix, asset recovery, decommissioning, and related lifecycle services.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to scope, price, and support customer opportunities.
• Meet directly with customers to understand business needs and develop lifecycle solutions.
• Build repeatable service offerings, sales tools, pricing guidance, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with OEM partners including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and other strategic vendors.
• Partner with Professional Services, Managed Services, and Operations to ensure successful customer delivery.
• Track practice performance across revenue, profitability, pipeline, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading an Endpoint Lifecycle, Device Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, or related technology practice.
• Background working within a VAR, MSP, Systems Integrator, OEM, or IT consulting organization.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales teams through customer meetings, solution development, and proposal creation.
• Strong understanding of endpoint deployment, configuration services, lifecycle management, break/fix, and managed services.
• Experience working with OEM partners such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, or similar technology vendors.
• Strong business acumen with experience growing services revenue and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
