Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
On-call availability required.

Job Summary

LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations while working alongside the cleaning team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting employees, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily janitorial operations

• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance

• Conduct inspections to maintain cleaning standards

• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling employees

• Communicate with clients and corporate management

• Perform janitorial duties alongside the team as needed

• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience

• 2+ years of janitorial or facility maintenance experience

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer skills, including email and reports

• Ability to pass a background check

• Must be available for full-time work and on-call duties
