Performs central accounting and financial analysis functions according to established procedures.

Major/Essential Functions:

• Maintains and processes the daily workflow of E-Invoices in Settlement Manager, the Administrative Program in TechBuy.

• Process documents in TechBuy, Banner, and USAS for payment by examining transactions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with state, federal, and local procedures and regulations.

• Interact with departments and vendors on payment-related issues.

• Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox for any items assigned.

• Prioritize and schedule daily workload. Keeps management aware of any issues or concerns.

• Prepare the late interest documents along with supporting documentation.

• Maintain working knowledge of purchasing rules and regulations of TTUHSC EP and the State of Texas.

• Verify previous day's work for accuracy.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position.

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.).
