Job Description:

- Position: Level III NICU/PICU Respiratory Therapist
- Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
- Unit Description:
- Join a busy Labor & Delivery team
- Work in a dynamic Level III NICU/PICU setting
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Potential to float to various departments including adult ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, ED, and general pediatrics

Qualifications:

- Professional Certification: Ascension Respiratory Therapy Contract Worker Onboarding
- Mandatory Credentials:
- License/Certificate Verification
- Ascension Core Competencies
- Ascension Biometric Consent
- Non-Nursing Contingent Worker Pre-Hire Modules/Attestation (Illinois)
- Driver's License/State ID

Health Requirements:

- Complete Health History including:
- MMR
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- Varicella
- Tdap
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)

Background Check:

- Ascension Criminal Background Check Results
