Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP - CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based speech and language interventions for diverse age groups
• Strong communication abilities, both with students and educational teams
• Passion for fostering student growth in speech, language, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from kindergarten to twelfth grade
• Design individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and collaborate with teachers, parents, and district staff
• Deliver therapy in both one-on-one and group sessions, adapting approaches to best meet student needs
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, share expertise, and advocate for student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with all relevant policies and timelines
