Provide nutritional support services to clients and caregivers in the home and serve as a resource and consultant to branch staff.

Must be a graduate of an accredited dietitian program. Must be registered to practice in the state in which they currently practice.

Must possess a minimum of one year of work related experience.

Must have demonstrated knowledge of the working environment of a home health or hospice agency, including performing services in a patient's home. Must have demonstrated knowledge of the Medicare regulatory and credential standards and criteria.

Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

Experience in a home health and hospice setting is preferred.

Must possess a valid state driver license

Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law

Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition

Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions

CPR is required for Georgia. CPR certification preferred in all other states
